Candidate The successful candidate will respond to all incoming claim enquiries that are received in our telephone unit, giving the appropriate assistance and guidance to all clients throughout the entire claims process. You will communicate effectively with all interested parties ensuring that a proactive approach to the claims process is maintained.
Skills required
- Previous experience handling motor insurance claims beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer services
- Good telephone manner
Person
The successful candidate will have experience within a customer service based role. You should be able to handle a motor claim from inception to settlement and be familiar with all stages of the claims process. Most important is an ability to communicate effectively at all levels in addition to excellent organisational skills.
